Faber by Dimplex e-Slim Linear 1200-450 — a linear steam fire with a panoramic flame
A built-in linear fire for anyone who wants a panoramic flame with a shallow installation depth. Light and water vapour create the effect — realistic and safe. This 1200 mm front-facing model has a 1200 W heater and a permanent water connection.
What makes it special

How it works
Ultrasound turns water into a cold mist lit by LEDs — main and top lighting. Water comes straight from the mains, so the fire runs without interruption. Heat passes gently through the glass, and the flame can also run without the heater.
Installation and care
The fire is built into the wall front-facing, behind flat glass. It needs a 230 V socket and a cold-water line with a 1/4" (6.4 mm) tube and an accessible shut-off valve. Ordinary tap water is fine; in hard-water areas the manufacturer recommends a softener.
